| Please
arrive a few minutes early to allow adequate time
to change and to relax and unwind before your treatment.
Also, please leave you valuables at home, as we cannot
be responsible for their safety. |

| Salon
& Spa Etiquette |
| Because
we strive to provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere,
we ask that customers not leave their children unattended
during a spa treatment. Also, please limit cell phone
noise to the salon area only and refrain from talking
loudly whenever possible. |

| Cancellation
Policy |
| We
request a 24 hour cancellation notice for all services.
Massage and facial cancellations made within 24 hours
of appointment will be charged a $20.00 fee. |

| Returned
Checks |
| There
will be a $25.00 service charge for each returned
check. |

| Refunds |
| It
is our goal to provide you with excellent service
and products, therefore you may return any retail
product for a full exchange or refund. Services that
are not satisfactory will be fully corrected at our
earliest convenience. Gift certificates and brida
service deposits are non-refundable. |
